Door staff, was terrible, decided that I wasn't allowed back in after going to the cash point. Even though I had booked a table from earlier and me and my group had spent a lot of money at the bar.

Was in there Saturday night with friends for a birthday. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I my self work for the same company and have done for a long time, when I was being served I let the staff member know multiple times when taking my order before paying I had a discount, he then doesn’t and proceeds to put through payment with no discount. Then says I never said anything when I did countless times. He calls manager and he then tries to add my discount but wouldn’t properly and then comes back to tell me my discount don’t work. Which it does in many Stonegate venues. The staff responses were not polite, they were rude, and slow at serving. They acknowledged us waiting and continued to serve others and ignore us. One staff member said to me “if your back with your discount I’ll throw your phone in the bin” for a staff member to say this is not professional. In general the staff was just not the best that night. Don’t think I’ll be attending this venue again.

Honestly, I hardly go out but we went out for a friend's birthday a few weeks ago. Vibe was okay until one thing occured that bothered all of us present; the Somali security officer, is he okay? Seems as though he has an aggression issue. Tried to fight one of my friends unprovoked. Is this the kind of person you want to represent your establishment? This almost turned into something it didn't have to. To make matters worse when we tried to speak to a 'manager' regarding the situation the lady at the bar basically waffled for 5 min, walked off and said she'd check CCTV and ultimately never dealt with the situation. Really disappointing, sort it out

Had an amazing night at Be At One thanks to the incredible service from Lord and Rebecca! From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so welcome with their friendly and upbeat energy. The drinks were expertly made—delicious and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was buzzing, with great music and a fun vibe that made the night even better. Bar tenders take way too long to serve even early at 6pm. The price for pre drinks is the only selling point.
Male Somali security guard was very aggressive and rude.
Me and my friend were inside, sitting peacefully having a catch up.
He comes in aggressively essentially trying to start a fight with me for no reason.
I complained to the manager (so she says) short haired woman behind the bar.
She told me she will be checking the CCTV and dealing with the matter. She proceeds to go to the back and never return.
Avoid this place if you see either of these two staff.

Bro why was your pina colada blue? What did you put in it to make it blue? It did not taste good. And why was your old fashioned just straight whiskey? Again awful taste. Finally, why don’t you serve any beers on tap? A peroni can for £7 is outrageous & daylight robbery. Avoid this place.

Cocktails were terrible, only one beer available. The staff were unhelpful. The whole appi hour on an app is a pain as no signal in the bar, so you just have to faff around with it. I tried four different cocktails and didn’t enjoy any.
